The Guestrooms

The 160 guest rooms reflect a casually elegant California setting, with lush earth tones and crisp white down-filled duvets, oversized bathrooms with sunken tubs. Plantation shutters open to spacious, furnished balconies with views of the courtyard or breathtaking views of The Bay. The 3,000 sq. ft. Presidential Suite has an expansive living room and balcony with views of the marina, and features a fireplace, grand piano, dining room, and private butler service.

The Meetings & Social Events with “The Host Of The Coast”

The Resort features 17,000 square feet of indoor meeting, social event and wedding space, with a Ballroom, smaller settings for more intimate events, and flexible space outdoors and overlooking the bay. For meetings, there are eleven break-out rooms---all with natural lighting and outdoor patios. The Resort offers flexible configurations--- with options from executive seating in the Governor's Boardroom, to meeting rooms overlooking the Bay, and 6,000 square feet of outdoor venues. For larger functions, The Resort has pre-function space for receptions in a light-filled 1,100 sq. ft. foyer opening to an impressive 7,000 sq. ft. Grand Ballroom with 18' ceilings. Whether large or small, every group receives the utmost attention to detail, personalized service, a creative event staff, and exquisite food.

The Spa…

The Spa is open to Balboa Bay Club Members, and Resort Guests. The Spa features: nine treatment rooms including a wet room, a Eucalyptus steam room, personal lockers with spa robe & slippers, hot whirlpools, dry sauna, body and beauty amenities, a relaxation lounge with cozy fireplace, leaving guests feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Spa treatments include: facials, massages customized to the Guest's needs, and body scrubs. A state-of-the-art fitness center and salon complement the Spa's services. The Spa also features products from a selection of specialty lines, including “skincare to the stars” Sonya Dakar's selection.

The “members only” club, The Balboa Bay Club, includes the following unique features: two private dining rooms with views of the bay, a private pool, lawn and beach area bayside, a state-of-the-art private health club, daily activities, monthly special events and winemaker dinners, access to a private Marina and dock, and member discounts throughout the entire Resort.
