Deluxe Bay-View Room

These 500-square-foot rooms overlook the serene waters of Newport Bay and provide the ideal setting to watch ships cruise in and out of the harbor. Select from a king-size bed or two queen beds.

Courtyard Room

Wake up to views of the turquoise pool and landscaped courtyard from these 500-square-foot rooms, which feature a king-size bed, two queen beds, or two double beds. Connecting rooms are available.

Standard Room

Overlooking the resort’s main entrance or the rugged bluffs and Pacific Coast Highway, each of these 500-square-foot rooms features a king-size bed, two queen beds, or two double beds. Connecting rooms are available.

Luxurious Newport Beach Hotel Suites

Retreat to an oasis of relaxation. Our gracious suites are reminiscent of a private hideaway, with crisp white down-filled duvets and oversize pillows creating a generous bedding presentation. Plantation shutters open to spacious, furnished patios with views of the courtyard or the spectacular bay below. Each suite boasts a residential flair, complemented by light and dark wood furnishings. The Presidential Suite, meanwhile, comes equipped with its own grand piano.

One-Bedroom Suite

Rest and relax in 900 square feet of space that includes a spacious living room and a separate bedroom with a king-size bed. Freshen up in the living room’s half bath or indulge in the bedroom’s full bathroom. Make the occasion memorable with a dining table that seats four, a wet bar area, and private verandas off of the living room and the bedroom. Enjoy views of the pool, courtyard area, or entrance to the resort.

Bay-View Suite

Lounge in a 1,100-square-foot full suite with a spacious living room and a separate bedroom with a king-size bed. Enjoy a full bath in the bedroom and a half bath in the living room. Feast in the spacious living room on a dining table for four or make drinks at a wet bar. Enjoy a magnificent view of the Newport Bay from a veranda off of the living room or a separate veranda off of the bedroom.

Governor Suite

Make your suite the meeting place with 1,700 square feet of space. Spread out in the separate bedroom, dining area, and living room with its own half bath. Recharge in a king-size bed and a private full bath with a Jacuzzi tub. Hold meetings or socials in the dining area with a large table that seats up to 10 people. Enjoy a kitchenette area with a large refrigerator. Look over your spectacular veranda and see stunning bluff views with a partial water view.

Presidential Suite

Step into luxury in this 3,000-square-foot suite. Slumber on a canopied king-size bed in the master bedroom or a queen-size bed in the second bedroom. Enjoy the lavish living room with a fireplace and grand piano. Step outside to the beautiful veranda overlooking the bay. Enjoy a second, private veranda from the master bedroom or a bath in the Jacuzzi tub. Host meetings or socials at a dining table that can seat up to 12. Enjoy a kitchenette area with a large refrigerator.
