Choose from studio or two-bedroom furnished apartments, which include linens, kitchen equipment, and all the basic necessities to be move-in ready. The studio apartments offer a gracious 750 square feet and include partial bay views and balconies or patios, while the two-bedroom apartments feature 1,350 square feet of space, with full bay views and balconies.

Both residential options require a minimum one-month stay and allow for the intimacy of a private residence along with the amenities of our prestigious waterfront resort. Award-winning dining, nightly dancing and entertainment, 24-hour room service, and meeting and social venues available at a moment’s notice, are just some of the unique amenities available to our residents.

The furnished apartments include:

• Full or partial bay views
• Balcony or patio
• Gated-community environment with 24-hour security
• Valet parking (additional fee of $150/month)
• 24-hour telephone operator
• Paid utilities
• Double concrete ceilings/floors for soundproofing
• Dry cleaning services available
• Housekeeping services once a week
• Bed and bath linens
• Kitchen equipment and coffee maker for fundamental cooking
• Use of The Resort’s amenities, including 24-hour room service, pool, fitness center, and restaurants
• Apartments do not have air-conditioning or high-speed Internet access. High-speed Internet can be arranged directly with Time Warner Cable Company
• Cats are not permitted. Dogs under 20 lbs are allowed with a non-refundable fee of $150

The Two-Bedroom Apartments have additional features including:

• Full-size kitchen, dining area, and living room
• Washer and dryer in the unit
• One covered parking space provided, and valet for additional vehicles at $150 per month, per vehicle
