Whether you're seeking California housing because of corporate travel, residential renovations, or a relocation schedule, The Balboa Bay Club & Resort will ensure that your residence will feel as much like home as possible. Choose from our studio or two bedroom furnished apartments (including linens, kitchen equipment, and all the basic necessities). The Studio Apartments are 750 square feet (featuring partial bay views and balconies or patios), and the Two Bedroom apartments are 1,350 square feet, featuring full bay views and balconies.
No matter which option you decide upon, you'll enjoy both the intimacy of a private residence along with the amenities of our waterfront resort.—from award-winning dining, to nightly dancing and entertainment, with 24 hour room service, and meeting and social venues available at a moments notice.
Our furnished apartments are based on a minimum of one month’s stay, and include:
- Full or partial Bayfront Views
- Balcony or patio
- Gated community with 24 hour Security
- Valet Parking (additional fee of $150/month)
- 24 hour telephone operator
- Paid Utilities
- Double concrete ceilings/floors
- Dry Cleaning service available
- Housekeeping Services once a week
- Bed and Bath Linens
- Kitchen equipment and coffee maker for fundamental cooking
- Use of the “Resort” facilities: 24 hour room service, pool, fitness center, restaurants, etc.
- Apartments do not have air-conditioning or high speed internet access. High-speed access can be arranged directly with Time Warner Cable Company.
- Cats are not permitted. Other pets up to 20lbs are allowed with a non-refundable fee of $150.00.
The Two Bedroom Apartments, have additional features including:
- Full size kitchen, Dining area and living room
- Washer/Dryer in the unit
- One covered parking space provided, and valet for additional vehicles at $150 per month, per vehicle.
