Daily Spa Admission Fee
Member- $10.00
Guest- $20.00
Resort Guest- $25.00
Daily Spa Admission Fee is waived with any spa service.
Gift Cards
Gift cards may be purchased at The Spa Reception Desk in various denominations and may be redeemed for services or
products.
Reservations/Cancellations
We will do our very best to accommodate any last minute bookings; however, we recommend that you reserve your
appointments
in advance. To avoid being charged in full for cancelled services, four hours notice is required for all
ancellations or changes.
FAQ’s
How early should I arrive for my spa treatment?
To enjoy the full benefits of your spa experience, we recommend you arrive at least one hour prior to your appointment
to utilize
the Heat Therapies System. This process includes a 10-minute session in the Eucalyptus Steam Room, Dry Sauna and
Jacuzzi with
15-minute cooling immersions between each relaxation process.
What do I need to bring?
The Spa will provide you with a private locker, spa robe, slippers and most beauty amenities. Please do not bring
valuables with you.
Our spa area is not co-ed, however if you like you may bring a bathing suit with you. Club Members must bring their
Membership card.
What if I arrive late for my scheduled appointment?
Arriving late may deprive you of a portion of your treatment. Please call the reception desk at (949) 630-4SPA with
any concerns.
What is the age requirement for The Spa?
The minimum age requirement for The Spa, including services, is 18 years of age.
Is Gratuity included in the price of the treatment?
Gratuity is not included in the price of the treatment. For outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your
discretion.
Should I alert someone of a medical condition?
There is a brief health history form you will complete prior to your service. Please bring any health concerns to
the attention of the Spa Director.
