Login Instructions:For the first time you sign in
Username:
Primary member - your username is your member number with -000 afterwards.
(for example, if your member number is C1234, your username is C1234-000).
Spouse - your username is your member number with -001 afterwards.
(for example, if your member number is C1234, your username is C1234-001).
Password:Your last name is your password.
